Now Hiring: Vacation Specialist

First Flight Rentals is currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Vacation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping guests plan unforgettable Outer Banks vacations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting guests with booking vacation rentals via phone, email, and online inquiries

• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on properties, communities, and local attractions

• Managing reservations, changes, and guest communications

• Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after guest stays

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail

• Prior hospitality, tourism, or vacation rental experience is a plus
