Seven's C's is the Outer Banks' newest boutique condo building, having been rebuilt in 2016 after a fire burned down the original building in 2013. Seven C's condos offer superb oceanfront views, an oceanfront pool, an elevator, and brand-new furnishings. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED AT SEVEN C'S. The pool is open from May 17th, 2024 - October 11th, 2025.

This is our favorite property and we try to stay here, twice a year. It never disappoints.

This is our fifth year staying in this wonderful condo, 3x/year. The beach is our happy place and this condo definitely meets our needs. Love the ocean views. The only suggestion I have is to add some reading lites to the bedrooms.

The view was amazing. Being so close to restaurants and shopping was really nice. No complaints, we had a great time!

This was a beautiful condo and it was so clean. The kitchen appliances were well maintained and clean as well. We loved having access to a pool and our kids enjoyed it almost every day. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony gave us the best views all week. We had a great trip. Thank you!

We have stayed at several different condos at the OBX, mostly in the KDH area, over the past 10 years. This was our first time staying at Seven C's. We were very impressed with the property overall. The beachfront pool was great, and the unit (SC302) was BY FAR the nicest one we have ever stayed in. Kudos to the owners for great furnishings, decorations, and amenities! The only thing that didn't seem to be working was the ice maker in the freezer. It wasn't a big deal - we just bought a bag of ice and didn't feel the need to report it. However, future guests may appreciate it being fixed.

This way an amazing property. It was bright , open, you could see from all directions for miles . It was clean, modern and updated. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back .

We felt as we were staying in a Gold Star Resort. We have never stayed in a nicer resort.
