Our Story

Our owner, Jeff Fabrikant, lives in Washington, D.C., but his heart belongs to the Outer Banks. A longtime visitor and passionate supporter of the community, Jeff's love for the area inspired him to build a company dedicated to helping others experience the charm and beauty of this remarkable stretch of coast.

Leading our local operations is Lesley Moore, our General Manager. A lifelong Outer Banks local, Lesley has more than 25 years of experience in property management. Known for her warm southern hospitality and deep knowledge of the area, she treats every home and every guest as part of the family.

Together, Jeff's vision and Lesley's local expertise create a property management experience that's both professional and personal — helping property owners and guests alike feel right at home on the Outer Banks.

Founded in 2007, First Flight Rentals began as the preferred rental company for First Flight Retreat Condos in Kill Devil Hills. Over the past 19+ years, we've grown to manage the largest selection of condo vacation rentals on the Outer Banks, along with a carefully curated portfolio of townhomes and select rental homes.
