Waves Village
Waves Village Kiteboarding Community is a boutique 9-unit soundfront condo on Hatteras Island each with superb sound views. Waves Village offers resort amenities and private balconies with hot tubs.
Amenities include: soundfront pool, onsite restaurant & coffee shop, all within the unique kiteboarding village. Enjoy sunsets in the private hot tub after a fun day of watersports on the Pamlico Sound or a day surfing at the beach, just a 10 minute walk from the condos (600 yards), including Rodanthe Fishing Pier. Enjoy Cape Hatteras National Seashore lighthouses or Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge just a drive away.
Waves Village condos are located in Rodanthe, NC, at Milepost 40 on the Rodanthe soundfront, Hatteras Island OBX. All condos are 3 bedroom 3 bath with modern, luxury finishes + 1,600 SF of living space and 10' balconies. Pool opens May 13th to October 15th 2024.

The Kitty Hawk Kites Kiteboarding School is designed to teach kiteboarders of all ages and skill levels. The combination of calm water and strong winds has led this area to be among the most popular in the USA and the world for kiteboarders of all skill levels.
KAYAKING
Rent kayaks onsite for use on your own, or take one of the many tours offered by Kitty Hawk Kites in the Pamlico Sound.
HANG GLIDING
Take a lesson at Kitty Hawk Kites' Hang Gliding Training Center. It is the largest hang gliding school in the world. Fly like the Wright Brothers on the strong Outer Banks winds!
SURF LESSONS
Train, practice, and learn to surf on some strong waves at the nearby beachfront. Lessons offered for all ages & skill levels. Waves Village Resort is across from the internationally renowned "S-Turns" the best and most well-known surf spot on the entire Outer Banks, NC.
PADDLEBOARDING (SUP)
Stand-Up Paddleboarding is one of the most popular new water activities. Paddleboarding offers great exercise while allowing you to explore the Outer Banks by both ocean and Sound. Rentals and access to the water are available onsite at the Waves Village Resort.

WV26 - Heart of Hatteras
This place is awesome! In June, the sunsets are on the sound side, so you will most likely, weather permitting, experience a wonderful sunset every evening. The bedrooms are very nice, each with their own TV and bathroom. The kitchen is very nice with granite countertops and all modern appliances. The balcony is huge with lounging chairs and a hot tub included. We enjoyed watching the kiteboarding on the sound from our balcony and all the jet skis zooming around. The Good Winds Restaurant next door to the condo was excellent and sunset dinners are fantastic there.
