RENTAL MANAGER:

First Flight Rentals has an opportunity available for a Rental Manager position in our Kill Devil Hills office. This is a full-time year-round position. Rental Managers are first and foremost responsible for overseeing owner and guest satisfaction, consistently checking the ongoing condition of our owners’ properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction in addition to handling guest complaints. The ideal candidate would also have skills in Revenue Management with an organized patient frame of mind. Strong customer service and decision-making skills and a positive attitude are necessary. We wear all hats here and work together as a team!

Job duties include helping reservations staff when needed, lead management skills, day to day operations (monitoring housekeeping and maintenance work orders). You should be prepared to help our guests, owners and vendors in a polite and professional manner.

Weekends are required.

Knowledge of VRM, Word, Excel, Outlook preferable

Experience in vacation rentals is favorable but not required

Schedule

Standard business schedule

Day shift 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Fixed weekly schedule (Off on Thursdays and Fridays)

40 + hours per week, salaried position

Emergency Phone is rotated every 5 weeks between staff
