Q: What is the Pet Fee?

A: $150 plus tax per dog per stay (non-refundable) maximum of 2 dogs for properties that allow dogs. First Flight Retreat Condominiums have a policy of 1 dog only, maximum of 25 pounds. 

Q: Are Linens included?

A: Yes, all beds are made upon arrival and 2 sets of towels per bedroom. We strongly recommend bringing additional towels if you need more. And bring beach towels!

Q: What's include in my condo rental? What to Bring? 

A: See recommended list what to bring HERE.  Remember to bring the essentials, masks, PPE, etc.

Q: Is there WI-FI at my condo?

A: Yes, all condos we manage include Free Wifi access thoroughout.  Codes will be provided.  Many have Smart TVs.

Q: What time is Check-In? Check-Out?

A: Check-in is starting at 4pm, and check-out is 10am. We do offer for a minimual fee an early check-in / late check-out of 1pm at select condos.

Q: When to do I get my Entry Code?

A: You will receive check in instructions, including your code, within 1 week of your arrival date.

 Q: When do community pools open for the season?

A: It varies. Most are open mid-May - end of September/ early October.  For exact dates, check the condo community pages (under CONDO COMMUNITIES tab). Dates are controlled by HOAs - not First Flight Rentals.

Q: Is there Laundry in the condo?

A: Yes, every condo has a Washer/Dryer inside the condo unit. John Yancey Penthouse JY-422 has coin laundry at the hotel).

Q: Are there Grocery stores near by?

A: Yes, at the Kill Devil Hills condos; there is:

• MP 7 Publix
• MP 7 Food Lion
• MP 10.5 Food Lion
• MP 10 Harris Teeter
• MP 14 Fresh Market

For Hatteras (Rodanthe) condos, there is:

• Avon: Food Lion
• Dollar General is south of the Waves Village (1 mile)

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement?

A: Yes, the leaseholder must be 24 years old or older.
