First Flight Retreat
First Flight Retreat offers luxury Outer Banks oceanfront condos with superb ocean views. First Flight Retreat provides the premium appointments, resort amenities, elevator access, and breathtaking ocean views from a private balcony. Enjoy 1BR, 2BR, & 3BR Outer Banks oceanfront condo rentals. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing and beautiful sunrises from the balcony. First Flight Retreat sits on some of the widest beachfront on the Outer Banks at Milepost 8.5 in Kill Devil Hills. Partial Week rentals are available with flexible stay options for most condos. Most condos have recent updates! The NEW Pool on the ground level was completed in Fall 2023. The pool on the first-floor rooftop will not reopen and will eventually be removed and the area will be re-purposed.

This was our first time staying at First Flight Rentals and we loved it. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

The property was very clean upon our arrival! Bathroom very clean! The bed linens were fresh and clean! FF Rentals staff always friendly and helpful when we called with questions about the rental and to get first chance at renting for 2025.
FFR208 - Sea Breeze
We LOVE fFR. We've been coming for several years usually 2 weeks at a time, stayed at a couple of different ones. The staff is wonderful. The "Good Will Ambassador" (maintenance) is awesome. we had a small issue upon arrival but it was addressed and handled promptly. We'll try another unit next year - this one was fine - my feet touched the floor while sitting on the sofa (YEAH) I'm short so this was wonderful. We hope to see you again soon.

Beautiful unit! Only thing I would ask for is an upgrade on the microwave to one that allows cooking times instead of one minute choices.

we loved this unit! the views were awesome! of the ocean and our "little dog, "Chloe had a wonderful time as well.enjoyed the most were the beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise every morning from the balcony. and having a fully stocked kitchen and the convenience of everything here.
