PET-FRIENDLY AND A PRIVATE HOT TUB!

This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo "Atlantic Splash" faces north with ocean views and picturesque dune views up the coastline. The living room features a large picture window that gives a much larger view of the ocean from the condo. Enjoy the private balcony with hot tub & polywood deck furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and will please any cook, including a Mr.Coffee machine and a Keurig coffee maker for that perfect cup of coffee. Atlantic Splash has a king bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room accommodating up to 4 guests total. Private hot tub, pet friendly (fee), beds made, washer/dryer in condo, and free WiFi. Community Pool Dates: 5/18/24-10/5/24

Our stay was excellent. The one recommendation I would have for condo 202 is it could use a couple more lids that fit the bigger pots in the kitchen. Other than that we have no complaints. We also stayed in 202 last year and the new flooring that was put in for this year was very nice. It was nice having tile through the main living area.

How much is the pet fee?

The pet fee is $125 plus tax.

This condo has storage for bikes in the parking area?

Yes - there is a bike rack in the parking lot at First Flight Retreat Condos.

Are sheets provided for the pull out sofa bed?

Yes - the linens for the sofa is located in the closet of the condo. There are no towels provided for the sleep sofa so you will need to bring them or you may rent a set from us.

pet limit. Is there a pet limit to size and weight and is a there fee for each pet?

There is a pet fee of $125 plus tax. Smaller dogs are always welcome, larger dogs should get permission from our staff.

Is there a regular coffee machine or Keurig coffee maker in the condo?

202 Atlantic Splash has a drip coffee maker
