FFR309 - Beach Bliss

Beautiful unit! Only thing I would ask for is an upgrade on the microwave to one that allows cooking times instead of one minute choices.

The property is very well kept. We were very pleased with the condition of the condo. This is one of our best rentals we have ever had. I was so pleased with it all.

We enjoyed the the view and very clean condo. We are looking forward to booking for next summer. Also we maybe bringing more people with us

This condo is nicely furnished and decorated. Enjoyed the nautical/bird theme.

With all of the Covid issues going on, we were a bit nervous about traveling. The condo was so clean we felt like extra time was spent making sure that everything was above and beyond normal. It alleviated any fears we had and allowed us to have a wonderful vacation. It was refreshing to see your company’s commitment. We loved the condo as well as the way it was decorated. The beach area was clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo and your company to anyone.

The condo we stayed in was amazing!! It was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. The hot was perfect for the cooler nights!

First time renting from this location. My wife and I had a great time, the unit was perfect. Great location with a fantastic view. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing location and amenities. The condo was exactly as pictured and offered the best views Wonderful location to many restaurants, fun and grocery stores. Our first family trip of 3 was definitely memorable. Our only issue was the air conditioner thermostat was shut off early morning of our check out in 90 degree temperatures packing which was a hiccup in the trip. Unsure the reason for it automatically shutting off but was minor in the overall trip experience. Overall we definitely hope to visit again next year and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our first Outer Banks experience. Thank you First Flight.

Condo was just as pictured on the website. Location was perfect and beach access was wonderful. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at FFR, and hope to make our stay a new tradition, year after year. We loved our condo. It was very well equipped, comfortable for 2 people (I would not recommend the condo for more than two, unless an infant)and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, 2 coffeepots, etc. and we did not need to bring anything else for the kitchen other than food! On the downside, there needs to be way more carts available for moving luggage. I watched as the custodial staff put at least 3 in their storage unit, which left about 3 that I saw for the entire complex. You can imagine with everyone arriving and departing on the same day that most of us had to make multiple trips without a cart to load/unload. Thank you for making our summer vacation easy and fun! We hope to be back next year!

This was such a Beautiful condo that made us feel right at home! It was so clean & the view was amazing! The property, pool & beach areas were all great and where we spent most of our 10 days! Also, the location on the Outer Banks is central to everything we wanted to do.

One of the nicer units we stayed at. Kitchen was one of the least equipped we had stayed in. Quite a bit of chipped tableware. Large plates didn't fit well in dishwasher. Refrigerator was one of the best ones we've had.

This is a fantastic condo! I would absolutely stay in this property again. I was very pleased with the location, the cleanliness, the upgraded appliances and the fantastic view! Unfortunately, I was there during Andrea so my four night stay at the beach was mostly spent in the condo watching the rain. Regardless, I am looking to stay at First Flight Retreat again very soon!

The condo was terrific. We were more than grateful for the parking facility with the elevator and available carts. It made getting up and down from the third floor a breeze. There was a shortage of storage space for our clothing. I noted that there were storage areas in the garage for owners. Are there any for renters? We had bicycles and that would have been very helpful. We loved the deck hot tub and would love to rent this facility again in the future. We would have appreciated having the pool open and were not aware that it wouldn't be available when we chose this time. Is there a time certain during the spring when this is scheduled to be opened? We would consider moving our dates to take advantage of this in the future. Otherwise, our first experience to the OBX was spectacular, and the facility played a great part in that.
