Hi! Is the indoor pool open and working at Croatan Surf Club? Will it be available March 24-29th?

Yes, the indoor pool is open all year.

Does this property have a half bath? Or are all baths located within bedrooms??

There are 2 master bathrooms and 1 bathroom that is accessed from the hall.

If a hurricane comes do we get back our money What do we pay down for the week and when is the balance due. is there a time limit to cancel

We do not refund for hurricanes or bad weather. If you purchase the optional travel insurance and there is a hurricane - you would be refunded if there is a mandatory evacuation.

We ask for 1/2 of your published rental rate (and the optional travel insurance) upfront and your balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Is CSC3M (Dawn Patrol) condo unit all one level?

Dawn Patrol is a townhouse style condo.

Is there a washer and dryer in each unit, or is it a community one somewhere else in the building?

Washers and Dryers are available in each condo. 

Is this property not available for June/July of 2022?

Rates for 2022 are not yet available, we expect them to be completed by the end of September!

Are there bathrooms on both levels?

2 Bedrooms on lower level each have their own Bathroom

1 Bedroom upstairs is a semi private bath and shares with the common areas

What are the customary dates for the outside pool to be open? Is it open into October?

Croatan Surf Club outdoor pool is open Mid April thru Mid Oct- This is Weather Permitting (meaning the dates can fluctuate because of colder weather)

Can you access both levels of this townhouse with the elevators? Please do not call.

No CSC3M is approximatley 2 units away from the south elevator and 6 units from the north elevator. You would need to use stairs inside individual unit to go up & down from living areas to lower bedrooms.  

When is the outdoor pool open? Also on what level are the 3 bedrooms?

Unit 3M is a townhouse the entry level has 1 bedroom with bunk beds that connects to hall bathroom, living area, kitchen, dining area & balcony. The lower level (down stairs) has 2 king masters and laundry
