The property was AWESOME! Condo was VERY clean and well cared for with plenty of space and amenities. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was glorious-all functions worked and it was clean with an additional mid week cleaning. Two things that I rarely see in any rental but are nice to have is a full length mirror and kitchen storage containers, VERY minor suggestions. You could NOT tell this was a dog-friendly condo, it was so clean! We had a perfectly relaxing vacation with all amenities inside and out. The grounds and pool were well maintained. The dock was beautiful to sit, fish, read and coffee/cocktail relax. While we were there an additional ladder was added to enter the sound. The ladders make it easier to get into the water and float, kayak or paddle board. One additional step would make it much easier for exiting for anyone under 6ft, BUT there was probably some rational to the decision. We were able to get out with an extra shorty-stretch. The outdoor shower and storage locker was super convenient for placing sandy beach and stinky fishing items and keeping our condo pristine. We will 100% return to this amazing condo, THANKS for having us!

This condo was great! It was lovely & accommodated my family perfectly. It was my family of four & my in-laws. The bedrooms were decorated nicely & were comfortable. The living room had plenty of seating for all of us as well as the dining table. The kitchen was equipped with everything! My kids loved using the quesadilla machine! We even made crabs in the big crab pot & used all the accessories! The location of this condo is ideal. A short walk to the beach along with beautiful sound views. It was our second stay at this condo (4th total at Rodanthe Sunset Resorts( & we hope to stay here again next year.

We enjoyed the location of the condo. Easy walk to the beach & love staying on the sound. The condo was comfortable & beautifully decorated. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub watching the sunsets. Even enjoyed it on a rainy day. It accommodated my family of 4 perfectly as well as our dog. Stores, restaurants, shops, water sport rentals were conveniently located close by within walking distance. Parking is convenient & having a washer & dryer was great. Overall a great condo!

Rodanthe Sunset Resort is perfect! I booked a condo for my sister?s wedding June 11-14, 2015. Six of us stayed in the condo. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and very beach-y. The hot tub on the deck was awesome? sitting in it staring at the stars was amazing. I loved the view of the sound. Most people like Oceanside, but the sound side is where it?s at. I love seeing the sunset! This resort has a little gazebo in the sound and a pool which I loved. It was so nice that we could bring a pet too. Booking was easy, price was very reasonable, and there are no hidden fees/deposits to stress about. If it?s ever available I would definitely book it again. PERFECT!

We loved the place. The pictures do not do the unit justice. There is much more room than in the average 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo.
