RSR3A - Southern Tide

Our rental more than met my expectations during our stay. We are repeat customers for Sunset at Rodanthe and will continue to be for many years to come. The view over the Sound was amazing for the sunsets and the location was convenient to the pier and beach. Love the covered parking and the elevator. Our unit was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We will see you agian next September!

Our group enjoyed this property so much that we are already planning on going back. The place is spic and span, beautifully decorated, and has an awesome view of the bay. We were impressed about how the place is complete with everything we needed, especially kitchen appliances and supplies. The refrigerator is spotless, impressive brands of kitchen appliances, not just one but 2 coffee makers (Keurig and traditional kind). The tv is equipped with Roku so there’s a lot of channels and streaming services available. What we enjoyed the most is the hot tub that is situated on the balcony so you can enjoy a warm bath while sipping wine with a perfect view of the bay. I also like the fact that the property is facing the Palmico Bay which is a calmer water and has a sunset view, as opposed to the Atlantic Ocean view. Although, the beach is very accessible as it’s only a 5-minute walk from the property. The morning after we checked in, I received a text message welcoming us and to let us know that should we need anything, I could just text that number. I was able to report a minor issue with our automatic lock and received a prompt reply. Within 15 minutes, the maintenance guy arrived and fixed our lock. Such an excellent service! I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Hoping we can also go back some time late this year.

Everything was beautiful from the condo to the view! The frying pans for cooking were very old, dirty and need upgraded. Also, the pool states it is open until 10pm but the lights did not come on and they were not on motion sensor or no switch to turn them on so that was disappointing. other than that, everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was clean and in great condition. We have always stayed up towards Nags head so this was a much quieter choice. We were mixed about how far we had to drive for restaurants but decided it was worth it for the quieter area. We could walk to the ocean in 5 minutes and that was great also.

Property was very nice, it could use a few more dishes, etc in the kitchen. The unit was very maintained. Really enjoyed the water views

The condo is beautiful and well planned out. Enjoyed sound front view with hint of ocean in other direction. Easy walk to water.

We decided to try Kiteboarding Camp as the memorable vacation, and Kitty Hawk Kiteboarding School in Rodanthe had the best plan for us. They recommended First Flight Rentals, and they were right! The condo was within walking distance and right on the water. Even when we were not kiteboarding, we could watch all the kiteboarders from our balcony. It was awesome! The condo was beautiful. We made 3 meals a day in the kitchen with no problem, used the hot tub every day, and just had the trip of a lifetime. I can't wait to return next year.
