This was a well appointed and maintained unit

We have stayed at this unit several times and LOVE it. It is always so clean and well maintained. The view is beautiful. Definitely our favorite place to stay when it is just my husband and I.

We loved this condo! It was so clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen was a true "cook's kitchen" with every available gadget. Loved the bedding - felt luxurious!

This was our seventh stay at this wonderful property. The condo is comfortable, beautiful and very well maintained. I cannot think of another place I have stayed in OBX that compares to this property. The beds are comfortable, the view of the ocean spectacular and the deck has very comfortable furniture to view the above and just relax. The furniture in the main room is very comfortable and inviting. These are just some of the many reasons we continue to return to SC302.

We love this place and reserved it for next year. Would like to see upgrades of the TV’s in the bedrooms.

This is my 5th stay at this beautiful condo. In all my years vacationing in the OBX, this property has exceeded any and all expectations. This condo is comfortable, beautifully decorated and maintained. Always look forward to our next visit. Love, love staying at this unit. This is my fourth time staying in this unit and it is always a joy to be able to come each year.

This is my third stay in this property, and it's just perfect! Always clean and beautifully decorated. The condo has everything you would need for your stay, and more. The ocean is right outside the sliding door and the furniture is comfortable. Last year I stayed in another condo community because we couldn't get into this one, and it was awful! Nothing like pictures, no bureau in the bedrooms and terrible layout. The carpet and paint were awful as well. The only suggestion I would make, is to have reading lights available in the family room and at least one of the bedrooms. I always read on vacation, and the lighting in either place was not bright enough to read by. Again, love this condo, and look forward to my next stays in September and November. It would be nice to be able to book the condo for several stays in 2023 earlier than I've been able to in the past.

SC 302 C-View has all that one expects in a vacation rental. The condo is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The owners have definitely taken into consideration the details that enable their rental guests feel at home. We look forward to returning to C-View in the future.

Well kept and very nicely furnished accommodations with a great ocean/beach view. What more can one want when visiting the OBX. This is our second visit to SC302. We'll be back.

302-C is a beautiful condo. Very clean, sparely decorated, the focus is on the ocean from every angle. When we weren't watching the ocean, we were enjoying the smart tv. We loved the elevator in the building, and will never rent another place that doesn't have one. We've visited the OBX for 16 years, and this is, by far, the nicest place we've stayed at. Highly recommend it.

Loved it!

The photos were the selling point when we were selecting a property but reality exceeded the photos! Enjoy traveling to different parts of our state and this rental definitely hit all of our "must haves!" The owners have left nothing out when it came to furnishing their unit.

Beautiful condo, centrally located. I have been coming to the Outer Banks for years first with our children in a big OBX house and in later years staying with my husband at a condo in South Nags Head. He passed away three years ago and I continued to stay in the same condo. Last year I realized that the condo left much to be desired and I explored other options. I am so happy I found Seven Cs. It is my new happy place. Can't wait to come back next year. I would love to come twice a year, but being on a fixed income makes it difficult. Do you give senior citizen discounts?

302 was a beautiful condo! We are so grateful that we chose to stay there! The weather was a little rough the week we were there and had to spend more time in doors than expected. 302 being such a charming place eased our rainy day blues!

First of all I would stay at the property again. Hope that I am able to do so in 2019. Loved, loved the property it is a beautiful place.The view was wonderful. Just need to change to shower curtain in front bathroom as it had a moldy smell to it and the other bathroom the sink needs to be look at as it did not drain will.

Property was recently remodeled and it was in tip top shape. Only concern was with the touch screen on the door lock. It was touchy and at times you had to try several times before the keypad would display.

We enjoyed our stay at C-view & cannot wait to return next year!! The condo is beautifully decorated & had everything we could need. We loved the location & view from the deck.

The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and well equipped. A great location in one of the best areas of the North Carolina coast. Many interesting places to visit, good local restaurants, and convenient grocery stores. A very enjoyable 'trip to the coast'.
