Everything was perfect!

One of the best rental properties we have ever stayed in. The condo was perfect for us, the owners had thought of everything to make the space perfect. The view was outstanding and relaxing.

We loved the condo and found that it was very clean and comfortable. We would use the service again as we loved the condo and the service was in general very responsive to our needs.

LOVED Seven C’s!! Only suggestion to the owner would be for a pantry cabinet in the kitchen for groceries. Otherwise it’s one of the best places we’ve stayed and will do it again! And can’t thank FFR staffer, Denise, enough for helping us with something left behind.

The condo had beautiful ocean views and was sparkling clean! The kitchen was well stocked and very neat with no junk or things left behind from other renters. The condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Bed linens and towels were OK. The restaurant guide in a three ring binder was amazing and yielded good recommendations. We loved the area because there is so much to see and do. In early May the crowds were small and the beach and condo not loud or too busy. Perfect for a week away.

Beautiful condo. We hope to book the same unit again in the summer. We’ve stayed in so many different places in our 30 years vacationing in OBX and this was one of our favorite rentals.

It was beautiful! The instructions to use the tv's were perfect. The notebook on area restaurants was especially helpful as the weather was rotten ~ we looked forward to a new restaurant each day! Everything was just great with the condo. The owners are very thoughtful.

The property was nice and overall, well-maintained. Love the balcony! The pool was very nice, clean and well cared for. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit to wash towels during our stay. The kitchen had more than enough pots, pans and dishes. However, there was little to no room to store any groceries.

This was our second time staying at this property, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Stunning condo, beautifully decorated and appointed. Breathtaking view and wonderful location close to tons of shopping and dining. We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving getaway and I'd stay again in a heartbeat! LOVED not dragging around house keys, too!

Nicely appointed. We have stayed at several Seven CS condos and the furnishings in this one were the nicest. It was very nice

The property is maintained very well. No trash anywhere! Even the parking area was spotless. Also, the parking area had excellent lighting at night. Felt very safe. The condo is stunning and we loved it. It felt like home with the beautiful décor and appointments. I could not have done better myself. The kitchen had everything you'd have at home and we enjoyed cooking many meals in the condo. Loved the view of course, and at night we fell asleep to the soft sound of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on deck and the colorful chairs were charming. What else can I say … We loved this condo and will definitely come back. Congratulations to the owners for having such a lovely place and a big thank you for sharing it with us.
