Sea-N-Sanity is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 3 bath (2 Kings and 1 Queen) semi-oceanfront condo centrally located in the Sea Pointe Community at MP 9.5. This locatation is close to many fine restaurants and shopping. You will find a fully equiped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances to fix any meal. A Keurig for your AM coffee or afternoon tea. There is a blender and ice crusher for a refreshing beverage or smoothie to enjoy while sitting on the deck with the ocean views. If you like a air fryer, there is one. You'll also find a full size GE washer and dyer for your convence.The beach is just 600 feet from the condo. This condo is an end unit, with views and extra light in two of the three bedrooms. There are also room darkening blinds for guests that like to sleep in! Walk to The Kill Devil Grill, Beachcomber Tiki Bar, & Miller's Seafood, all within short walk!

Free Wifi, DVD player, books, games, and wall mounted TVs in all rooms. Smart TV and an Echo dot in the living room. This condo has an open deck where you can enjoy the views, or have a meal on the large table with 4 polywood pub chairs. All of these amenties makes this the perfect vacation.

This was our 3rd stay at Sea Pointe, first time staying in this condo I loved the layout and that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The ice maker did not work. Not a big deal, we just bought a couple of bags of ice. The elevators are annoying slow. I wish the bathroom doors had locks. Everything else was awesome and I hope we get a chance to stay at this condo again.

We really enjoyed the unit, it was well appointed, clean, quiet and we liked the location. You can tell there's pride in ownership, we enjoyed our stay. If I had to find negatives it would be minor things such as the lack of a fly swatter and loud washing machine. Overall it was excellent, well done!

Condo was great. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice large tv. Loved the covered parking. It was pouring rain one day. Also love the safety of the locked door to get into the complex. This was our second time at this complex.

The condo, SP201N was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved the ocean view and the location. It was perfect for celebrating a birthday and a much needed mini vacation. The unit?s central location allowed us to visit other OBX sites (lighthouses, Duck, etc.) and restaurants. When making my inquiries, I spoke with Robin who provided excellent customer service about your services and accommodations.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY

When is checkout? And how close are you to the beach?

Check out is at 10AM. The easy beach access is directly across the road from this condo. It would probably take you no more than 3-5 minutes to walk across.

I have an Older Labre doodle Pets are a definite no?

Pets are not allowed at any of the condos at Sea Pointe.

I'm wondering what time the pool closes for this unit?

Without any unforseen weather circumstances, the pool will close Oct 8th.

We are looking to rent from june 29-july3. Di you rent partial weeks?

Yes - the condo will rent partial week stays.

Is this unit handicap accessible? Elevator? And any chance the couch is a pull out?

An elevator is on site. The couch is not a sleep sofa.

Are there covered parking spaces?

Yes, there are covered parking spaces at Sea Poine that are unassigned. First come first serve.

is there a pool?

Yes Sea Point actually has 2 pools one at the South building and 1 at the North building
