The waterfront living area offers a surround sound system, and huge views of sunsets through 10' sliding doors. Westside BR1 is a king master with a tiled shower. BR2 is a queen master with deck access. BR3 is a spacious king master with a north-view deck. HOH has 9' ceilings with crown molding and hardwood flooring throughout. Queen sleep sofa in the living room.

Onsite enjoy a 70’ waterfront pool, and entry to Pamlico Sound for world-class kitesurfing, SUP, and watersports. Plus onsite Good Winds Restaurant, coffee shop, surf shop, and NEW ropes course. Guests can harness the power of the equipment and instructors of the adjacent Kitty Hawks Kites flagship store for the vacation of a lifetime! Plus DVD player, outdoor shower, onsite kiteboarding/watersports, air pumps, gear storage w/board racks. Washer/dryer, beds made, hot tub (hot tub is closed from December to mid-March 2025). Pet Friendly (fee). WiFi.

This place is awesome! In June, the sunsets are on the sound side, so you will most likely, weather permitting, experience a wonderful sunset every evening. The bedrooms are very nice, each with their own TV and bathroom. The kitchen is very nice with granite countertops and all modern appliances. The balcony is huge with lounging chairs and a hot tub included. We enjoyed watching the kiteboarding on the sound from our balcony and all the jet skis zooming around. The Good Winds Restaurant next door to the condo was excellent and sunset dinners are fantastic there.

Chairs and umbrellas can be rented locally by Moneysworth Rentals that is located in Rodanthe.

Is there a Gym at a this location for guests to use?

Unfortunately there is no gym at the Waves Village Resort.

Are the washer and dryer in the unit?

Yes - each condo has a washer and dryer in the unit.

Are there plenty of pots and pans? Do we need to bring towels/rags/bed linens?

Pots and pans are provided in the fully furnished kitchen. Bath towels and bed linens are provided as well.

Is there a gas grill on site to cook with?

Yes, a propane grill is provided on the balcony

How long does the pool stay open?

The pool stays open thru mid Oct weather permitting
