The layouts at Gulf Stream vary from single-story, apartment-style condos to multi-level townhomes, though the limited availability can make it a little tricky to get a specific unit. The condos feature a three bedroom, two bath floor plan while the townhomes offer a three bedroom, three bathroom design.

Each unit at Gulf Stream is stocked with the beach basics to make your stay memorable. The full kitchens are ideal for easy meal prep with a microwave, oven/stove combo, full fridge, and more. Condos also include basic kitchenware like plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, and more.

Other in-unit amenities include multiple TVs with cable/ satellite access, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, complimentary parking, a wood-burning fireplace, and a covered deck.
