A unique approach to a beach vacation, Pelicans Watch features 26 beach townhomes. These semi-detached units are located in a quiet community with a short walk to the beach, meaning not all units are oceanfront or offer ocean views.

Furniture and decor will vary per unit, but in general, the townhomes at Pelicans Watch offer four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with a max capacity of up to 12 guests. Additionally, the townhomes feature an open downstairs floorplan with a combined living and dining area. Units also provide an open outdoor deck with views of the surrounding community; limited units offer a screened in patio area and/or a fireplace.

Enjoy the basic comforts of home at Pelican Watch with a fully stocked kitchen, limited linens and towels provided, free wi-fi, central heat and air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, and complimentary on-site parking at each townhome. Other amenities will vary per unit.

From a community standpoint, Pelican Watch does offer a shared pool, community beach access, and a playground area with a basketball court and soccer field. Limited beach parking is also provided near the beach access.

Pelican Watch is situated in the heart of the island, just off the Ocean Boulevard highway exit. The central location in the heart of the Southern Shores restaurant district makes it easy to enjoy a short stroll to area restaurants and attractions. Nearby points of interest include Coastal Provisions Oyster Bar & Wine Bar, Duck Donuts, and a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The townhomes are also just a short drive to Kitty Hawk area attractions and entertainment.
