PierView Oceanfront Condos are situated oceanfront in a small lowrise building in South Nags Head. The community offers 18 individual condo units. Each unit offers the same layout with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open kitchen with a small, combined kitchen and dining area; select units offer an in-unit fireplace. Each condo offers ~1,000 square feet of living space and can sleep up to 6 guests. PierView is another community that only offers a single layout and is most suitable for couples or small families.

The condo units are mostly updated, though some are in better shape than others. Despite the potential inconsistencies, each unit does include the basic vacation comforts, like a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, cable or satellite TV, an in-unit washer and dryer, and complimentary wi-fi. Units also include a coffee maker, perfect for a morning cup of coffee on the oceanfront balcony, which is included with each condo.

As a smaller OBX condo community, PierView offers limited amenities for guests. Guests can enjoy the two on-site pools, including a partially shaded kiddie pool, and an on-site playground. There are no grills, picnic areas, or other shared amenities on the grounds.

PierView is situated just a short walk from Jennette's Pier and other local Nag's Head attractions. Notably, the condos provide easy access to area dining, with options including Sugar Creek Seafood, Fish Heads Bar & Grill, Pamlico Jacks, and Miller's Waterfront.
