Quiet and sleepy, Sea Oats Villas is the perfect destination for small families and couples seeking a low-maintenance beach vacation. The two bedroom, two bathroom floorplan of these condos offers a cozy home away from home. Unfortunately, other layouts and/or larger units are not available; condos can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time.

Breakfast is a breeze at Sea Oats with the full condo kitchen, which comes stocked with all of the essentials: pots and pans, plate ware, glassware, utensils, etc. Kitchens also include a full refrigerator, microwave, and an oven/stove combo. From the kitchen, walk directly into the combined living and dining area, which overlooks the walk-out beachfront balcony.

Other in-unit amenities include TVs with DVD player and cable/satellite access, a dishwasher, and free wi-fi. Basic linens and towels are provided, though guests are invited to bring extras. You're sure to feel right at home in this tiny little beach oasis!

Sea Oats Villas is a small condo community and therefore only offers limited amenities for guests. The condos provide a small community pool for guests, in addition to complimentary on-site parking, and access to the on-site laundry facility (coin operated). Guests are also invited to enjoy an outdoor BBQ or cook up a fresh catch at the shared grilling and picnic area near the pool.

Kill Devil Hills is a popular OBX destination for families - and it's not hard to see why! Ideally situated right along the main stretch of highway, Sea Oats Villas offers easy access to a wide array of charming local restaurants and attractions. Popular nearby points of interest include Mako's Beach Grille + Bar, Lost Treasure Golf, Kill Devil Hills Movies, the Wright Brothers National Memorial, Blue Crab Tavern, and much more. And, other OBX beach destinations are just a hop and a skip away!
